LINC00885 facilitated proliferation and retarded apoptosis of CC cells. A RT-qPCR analysis was done for the detection of LINC00885 in pcDNA3.1/LINC00885 transfected SiHa cells and sh-LINC00885#1/2/3 transfected HeLa cells. B–D CCK-8, EdU, and colony formation assays were used to detect proliferation of SiHa and HeLa cells in response to LINC00885 overexpression and knockdown.
