Significantly (FDR-adj. p-value = 1.94 × 10− 32) deactivated in patients with MYCN amplification. The results and the representation have been obtained with the program HiPathia [5]. Blue and red nodes indicate genes downregulated and upregulated, respectively, in patients with MYCN amplification.
