The M. tuberculosis infection related pathways (“infection-related pathways” for short) are: “Focal adhesion, “Proteasome”, “Antigen processing and presentation”, “MAPK signaling pathway”, “Endocytosis”, “T cell receptor signaling pathway”, “Spliceosome”, “Apoptosis”, and “Tuberculosis”.
