  1. This table summarizes the gene content of cancer pathways and M. tuberculosis infection related Pathways. We choose one large representative cancer pathway—“Pathways in cancer”. The M. tuberculosis infection related pathways (“infection-related pathways” for short) are: “Focal adhesion, “Proteasome”, “Antigen processing and presentation”, “MAPK signaling pathway”, “Endocytosis”, “T cell receptor signaling pathway”, “Spliceosome”, “Apoptosis”, and “Tuberculosis”.
