Box plots demonstrate the fraction of time that simulated genealogies spend in asexual state as a function of age-dependent selection (f') and migration rate among sexual demes (m c ). Note that as the selection pressure increases, the genealogies spend relatively longer time in sexual state. Note also that lower migration rate among sexual demes cause longer internal branches, which again result in shorter time spent in asexual state.
