Silencing TRAF6 inhibited HTG-AP-induced pyroptosis in vitro. Rat pancreatic acinar AR42J cells were transfected with si-TRAF6 and then treated with 0.5 mmol/L palmitic acid and 5 nM cerulein for 24 h.
