The output of the example query sequence. Elements from up to down: input sequence and its (predicted) topology (M: membrane, I: inside, O: outside), energy histogram, predicted templates ordered by energy values. The red and blue lines under and above the input sequence denotes the inside and outside localization of the given sequence parts, respectively. On the result panel the energy distribution of the templates is shown, and it is colored by the reliability of the hits: green: acceptable hits (reliability > 0.8), orange: possible hits (0.8 < reliability < 0.6), red uncertain hits (reliability < 0.6)
