Protein domains are represented as dots and the connections between them suggest BLAST hits with p-values less than 1e-6. Eleven groups of proteins are labeled. 'Hypo.' is the abbreviation for a hypothetical protein group. Members from known families and hypothetical groups have upper and lower triangle contours, respectively.
