Overexpression of USP40 promotes HCC cell proliferation, migration and stemness. A Huh7 and MHCC97H stably overexpressed USP40 cell lines were established by lentivirus infection, and western blotting was performed to detect the USP40 protein expression. B CCK-8 and C colony formation experiments revealed that USP40 overexpression promoted the growth of Huh7 and MHCC97H cells.
