Knockdown of USP40 inhibits HCC cell proliferation, migration and stemness. A Huh7 and MHCC97H stably knocked down USP40 cell lines were established by lentivirus infection, and western blotting was performed to detect USP40 protein expression. B CCK-8 and C colony formation experiments revealed that USP40 depletion decreased the growth of Huh7 and MHCC97H cells. D Wound healing and E transwell results showed that the migration ability of Huh7 and MHCC97H cells decreased after USP40 depletion.
