Targeting TM4SF1 inhibits the growth and increases cisplatin cytotoxicity in ARID1A-depleted NSCLC cells. (A) NSCLC cells were transfected with ARID1A-targeting shRNAs and treated with anti-TM4SF1 antibody. Cell proliferation was determined by direct counting. *P < 0.05. (B) Colony formation assay in NSCLC cells transfected with ARID1A-targeting shRNAs and treated with anti-TM4SF1 antibody. *P < 0.05.
