D, E siCtrl, siZNF488#1 and siZNF488#2 MIAPaCa-2 and PANC-1 cells were treated with DMSO, erastin (5 µM), combining with or without ferrostatin-1 (2 µM) or Z-VAD-FMK (8 µg/ml).
